The Revolutionary War era is one of the few, if not the only, logical place left to take the series, and (SPOILER ALERT) they pretty much said at the end of Brotherhood that one of the Pieces of Eden was in the US, when the symbols for the Masonic eye and freedom were displayed at that temple, so the time period shown by the image makes sense, but I highly doubt that this is legitimate.
