Well, we finally get a small peek into what Nick plans to do with our beloved franchise –

The Wall Street Journal reports the upcoming CG animated series is set to begin in 2012 and quotes the show’s executive producer Ciro Nieli as saying the Green Machines will have “more individual attributes” than in previous incarnations.

Oh boy, when I hear “more individual attributes” I think of each one having some sort of mystical power, like Teen Titans. Donny can use telekinesis, Raph can manipulate fire, Mikey can smoke a bowl, and Leo can’t do shit because he’s fucking Leo who cares. No, I dunno, he can shape shift. There, happy?

But seriously, I’m worried and excited – I’m excited they have their “comic book colors” (if you played Turtles in Time for SNES you know what I mean) but I’m curious as to why they have bandages over their hands? I just wish I had a bigger picture to show *one google image search later* nothing. Well I tried.
